The Witch and the Hundred Knight Standard Edition (PS3)

Fed up with being unable to travel beyond the borders of her swamp, the witch Metallia forges a contract with the legendary Hundred Knight to help her realize her ambition of spreading her swamp throughout all of Medea. As the Hundred Knight, your mission is to do whatever your master, the Swamp Witch, commands. Explore the world, destroy Pillars built to prevent her swamp from spreading, and wreak indiscriminate havoc. However, in the back of your inhuman mind, you begin to wonder... What prevents Metallia from leaving the swamp? Why do the other witches shun her, and how can she survive in a swamp that is notorious for how poisonous its fumes are? Is Metallia really a witch to respect, or is she one to fear?

A Bewitching Story

To buyers of this game, a few things need to be said:
1. Good choice, the game is fantastic don't let uninspired reviewers steer you away from this title. it is worth every penny,
2. Be ready for some very Dark scenes, there are some points where you will highly question the Main character's actions and be upset but in reality, push through. When I say this I really do mean it, it gets better, the beginning leaves the wrong impression.
3. This title is more about story more-so than game and its better because of it, I have never felt so tied to a cast of characters until this game arrived and trust me even the worst of characters become that much more close to you.
4. Most of all prepare for Composer Tenpei Sato's most beautiful pieces, you will fall in love with a lot of these tracks, whether it be to sheer catchyness or epicness, you will adore the heart put into the music. Especially One Hundred Roses.
All in all the game delivers in a lot of ways, it sacrifices realistic graphics for a unique art style and isn't amazing from a watching perspective but delivers in very solid gameplay mechanics, and bosses that gain in difficulty of strategy as you go on.
Just make sure to go for the bad ending if you want the whole story! (Posted on 1/9/2015)
