Hey, dood! It’s your pals at the NISA Online Store! We’ve recently made one HL of an upgrade to the place—looks nice, right? We’ve got plenty of changes to explore, so without further ado, let’s get started!
The Power is Yours: You can edit and cancel your orders directly from your NISA Online Store account!
“Checkout” This Update: Orders are now charged immediately after checkout! No need to wait for a product’s release date to pay for your order!
Pay Your Way: We’ve got plenty of new payment options available to pick from (including major credit cards, payment apps, and more). We’re also glad to offer plans that allow you to split your order total into multiple payments!
Upgraded with Mobile Magic: Our interface has been redesigned to allow for a seamless shopping experience from your mobile phone or tablet! Now shopping on the go is a breeze~!
All in This Together: Our video game product pages have been streamlined! Now you can select all editions and all platforms for a specific title at the top of its own dedicated page!
Leveled Up and Looking Fresh: We’ve redecorated! With redesigned product categories, easy-to-navigate dropdown menus, and handy links wherever you look, it’s never been easier to explore the Online Store!
Find Your Rewards Anytime: You can now see how many reward points you have on any page you visit thanks to the newly-added yellow icon at the bottom left of the page view!
Accessibility Improvements: We’ve added features to adjust how things look when you use the NISA Online Store. Just click the icon on the bottom right to adjust visual settings to your needs!
That’s not all though, dood! We’re bringing over your preorders and reward points to the new store system as well. You’ll be receiving emails with instructions on how to confirm both your preorders and reward points, but here’s a quick how-to so you can access your account and claim your preorders!

At this time, we have sent out invoices for preorders that include the following titles:

- + Any remaining Preorders that were not closed in our old system
As we get more preorder invoices sent out, we will update the Preorder list above. If you have not yet received an invoice for a title on this list and can confirm that it existed on our previous system, please reach out to our support team while providing your original preorder “Order ID”!
You will receive one email per preorder that you have with the NISA Online Store.That means if you have three preorders, you’ll have three emails to look out for! It’ll look a bit like this:
When you see your email with the subject “[Action needed] NISA Online Store Invoice # “, make sure to click and review the instructions carefully to confirm that the details are correct for your order. Once you’re finished reviewing, click the “Complete your purchase” button in the email to be taken to the Online Store to complete the process. You will be able to change your shipping and billing addresses if needed at this time. Once you are finished with your preorder checkout, you will have a confirmation email sent to you stating that your preorder is all set!
You’ll be able to edit or cancel your order at any time, but please note that your older order will be canceled when you make any adjustments. So, if you edit your order, make sure to confirm your order after any adjustments are completed!

If you have a preexisting account, you will get an email that looks like this:
Once you log into your account, you should see your reward points within the Rewards Icon on the bottom left of your screen, as well as completed orders. If you do not see your reward points once logged on, or if you have continued difficulties accessing your account, please let us know and we would be happy to look into the issue for you.
As you begin to confirm your preorders, they will populate within your account!
